Well done to everyone who ran at Eynsham & Silverstone yesterday. Fair to say Eynsham was probably the lesser of two evils however the last 1k was very unpleasant! Definitely a day for racing and achievement rather than PB’s however there was at least one from Eynsham – shout on Facebook or Instagram if you did.

🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the committee but something for everyone – be prepared for a group to save time
🗺️ Banbury Road issues appear to have been alleviated however traffic comes a funny way around roundabouts so please be careful
💡it’s a bit of random game of which lights around Bicester might be out each week so please be aware & careful. 🔦
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together particularly now it’s darker & cooler evenings
