Thursday session
⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the committee but something for everyone
🗺️ ⚠️‼️ring road route now however listen to the instructions for diversion at Banbury Road roundabout or any other new randomness or lack of lights that may appear ‼️⚠️
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together particularly now it’s darker evenings

Alchester Annual Awards Night Dinner 25th Anniversary
Our annual awards event this year will be on the evening Saturday 16th November. Venue – Bicester Hotel Golf & Spa https://www.bicesterhotelgolfandspa.com/
This is Alchester’s 25th anniversary and we’d love to get as many people as possible along to celebrate the club and also the season’s award winners.
The annual club awards and London Marathon place will all be announced whilst we enjoy a 3 course dinner, a few drinks and a dance.
The evening is open to members, family & friends. It would be great to see any past members as well so if you’re in contact with anyone who previously ran with us feel free to invite them along.
The cost for the evening is £35 per person & should be paid to Alchester Running Club with the reference “SURNAME AWARDS24” Confirmation of attendance will only be upon receipt of payment.
