AGM update
Last week we had a bumper turnout for our AGM. It was great to see so many. We have in Andrew Gledhill our 8th chairperson in the clubs 25 year history & some changes in other key roles with further updates to follow after the first committee meeting which will be held shortly.

– Treasurer – Jonathon White
We also welcomed 3 new committee members in Sarah Morley, Tom Butler & Steph Giles.
Thanks were given to those long serving committee members who have stepped away – Emma Nelson, Annelies Henshall, Katy “off on holiday to Mexico” Andrews, Andy Stickley & Mike Fisher. A lasting legacy!
Thanks too to Jonathan for his chairperson stint – he’s not going far & he’s reassured us he can count in his new committee role.
We wish Andrew & the committee all the best & I’m sure will support them in their endeavours.

⏰19:00 at Gavray Drive – meet at the railway end

🤷♂️ bridge reps over the railway by Launton Road roundabouts – as many as you are able
💡 Thursday session 💡
⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the new committee but something for everyone – be prepared for a group to save time
💡it’s a bit of random game of which lights around Bicester might be out each week so please be aware & careful & would suggest a headtorch.. 🔦
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together particularly now it’s darker & cooler evenings
Other key bits ahead of a fuller update later this week:
1) if anyone wants to run the last cross country at Henley please reply. We are required to provide a marshal – willing volunteers please reply.
2) London marathon bus filling up
3) Motavation dates are out – spring must be coming! Entry details to follow.
