🍕 📅 AGM – Thursday 13th February 2025 (20:15) 📅🍕
Following on from the email before Christmas this is formal notice that the Alchester AGM will be on Thursday 13 February at the Emmanuel Church on Bure Park (next to the arcade of shops / the nursery) at 20:15.
All club runs will start & finish from the Bure Park shops on this date (19:00 for a prompt start).
All members are encouraged to attend, there’s an opportunity for new thoughts, ideas & leadership with Jonathan stepping down as chair along with Emma & Mike (Membership & treasurer).
Thanks to those who’ve already made contact & expressed an interest.
🌚 Tuesday session – session TBC as lights are partially out on Gavray Drive (think if it as a lucky dip!) 🌚
⏰19:00 at Gavray Drive – meet at the railway end

💡 Thursday session 💡- don’t forget start & finish at Bure Park shops (nursery & church side not the pub side)
⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the committee (probably Jonathan & he’ll do some some announcements too) but something for everyone – be prepared for a group to save time
💡who knows which lights will be out this week – as mentioned above Gavray Drive is only partially lit & there’s 4 day left for more chaos so please be aware, careful & would suggest a headtorch.. 🔦
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together in the darker & cooler evenings
