Well done to the hardy band of men who did round 3 / Oxon county champs cross – proper cross county coming under the “character building” banner.
We are now properly back & details below but if you’re struggling for motivation here’s a January advent calendar (no chocolate with it though).

Tuesday session – mile reps
⏰19:00 at Gavray Drive – meet at the railway end

💡 Thursday session 💡
⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the committee but something for everyone – be prepared for a group to save time
💡it’s a bit of random game of which lights around Bicester might be out each week so please be aware & careful & would suggest a headtorch.. 🔦
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together particularly now it’s darker & cooler evenings
