Having had plenty of info to digest & read the last few weeks this email is just headlines & reminders so apologies for the lack of emoji’s & photos.

– Membership 🗓️ don’t forget membership year runs out on Monday so final weekend to renew! hopefully everyone saw the email on Monday morning about membership renewal. If not contact Alan Bowen on

– Motavation – details are out & you really need to enter. You’ll get FOMO on the last Thursday in April if you don’t! (Although you won’t if you have a marathon 3 days later but you will come May!). Only chance to enter & it’s a bargain! If you’re really not sure check out this video:

– London Marathon bus – spaces filling up fast. Friends, family, supporters all welcome & far better & more convenient than any train! Wendy & Ian Hunter are the contacts.
– Ridgeway Relay (22 June) Graham Grieve needs to know by 18th April if you’re interested in doing a unique race on the calendar.
