MOTAVATION DEADLINE
Today is the last day for Mota-vation entries; they close tonight (Monday 15th April). If you haven’t got your entry in yet then do it now! All details are in previous update emails, or contact Alan Bowen if you’ve got any questions. The first race is a week on Thursday, the 25th April, so there won’t be a club run from the leisure centre that night.
London Marathon Coach

Club nights
– Tuesday – mile reps. Last week of Gavray & then it’s up to Whitelands for the summer hopefully but final confirmation next week.
– Thursday – numbers have been excellent last 2 weeks. Jonathan (the gaffer!) in charge this week – bring your friends & get out into the country.
