This is Alchester’s 25th anniversary and we’d love to get as many people as possible along to celebrate the club and also the season’s award winners.
🗳️💃🕺The annual club awards and London Marathon place will all be announced whilst we enjoy a 3 course dinner, a few drinks and a dance.
The evening is open to members, family & friends. It would be great to see any past members as well so if you’re in contact with anyone who previously ran with us feel free to invite them along.
💷💳 The cost for the evening is £35 per person & should be paid to Alchester Running Club with the reference “SURNAME AWARDS24”. Confirmation of attendance will only be upon receipt of payment.

Thursday session – see Banbury Road update note ⚠️
⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the committee but something for everyone – be prepared for a group to save time
🗺️ Banbury Road issues appear to have been alleviated however traffic comes a funny way around roundabouts so please be careful
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together particularly now it’s darker evenings
