⚠️‼️Alchester Annual Awards Night Dinner 25th Anniversary – DEADLNE THIS WEEK ‼️⚠️
Our annual awards event this year will be on the evening Saturday 16th November. Venue – Bicester Hotel Golf & Spa https://www.bicesterhotelgolfandspa.com/
This is Alchester’s 25th anniversary and we’d love to get as many people as possible along to celebrate the club and also the season’s award winners.
The cost for the evening is £35 per person & should be paid to Alchester Running Club with the reference “SURNAME AWARDS24”. Confirmation of attendance will only be upon receipt of payment.

We’d like to display photos of members throughout the 25 years of the club at the awards evening. If you’ve any that you’d be happy to share with us please bring any physical ones on the evening or send any digital copies to the above email address.

⏰19:00 at Gavray Drive – meet at the railway end

Thursday session
⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the committee but something for everyone
🗺️ ring road route now however listen to the instructions for diversion at Banbury Road roundabout
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together particularly now it’s darker evenings
