Thursday session – group leaders required – reply to the weekly email

🤷‍♂️ we have 5 pace groups so there is something for everyone. Each one is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together.

If you’re not feeling it go in an easier group, if wanting to push it be mindful of others in the group.

Please be careful at junctions & on corners as the weeds & verges are high & visibility not always the best.
Group 99 (walk / run) group lead required
– Group 1 – 9:45 min miling doing about 5.5 miles – group lead required
– Group 2 – 8:45 min miling doing about 6 miles – group lead required
– Group 3 – 8 min miling doing about 6.5 miles – group lead required
– Group 4 – 7:20 min miling doing about 8 miles – group lead required

⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
