Hi,
Details for this week below.
Tuesday session – 1k reps
⏰19:00 at Gavray Drive – meet at the railway end
🏃🏃♀️everyone welcome
🤷♂️ 1k reps up & down Gavray – as many as you are able
💡 Thursday session 💡
⏰18:55 for a prompt 19:00 start.
🤷♂️ groups will be sorted on the night by a member of the committee but something for everyone – be prepared for a group to save time
💡it’s a bit of random game of which lights around Bicester might be out each week so please be aware & careful & would suggest a headtorch.. 🔦
🤷♂️Each group is earmarked to all finish at the same time & it’s very important people keep together particularly now it’s darker & cooler evenings
Don’t forget the upcoming AGM & booking your place on the marathon bus. Separate emails to follow this week & also a club championship update which will have an update too.
